I was surprised when a search on dA found no real globe emoticons...
I mean they're there... but not animated, or not in the 15x15 px standard emote-format...
So I decided to make one myself,

YAY! (Though I did totally forget about the Black Sea and Korean Pennensula the first time around, 
Sorry Black Sea-ians and Koreans! I fixed it ^_^
Maybe I should do a night-side one ohhh with all the population lights... :3
